Wooden bow with a round cross-section with remnants of sinew made from plant fibres. The bow is broken and has been stabilised with iron wire at the break. Provenance: Africa (?). The object belongs to the estate of the senior general practitioner Georg Wilke (*1859 Dresden +1938 Rochlitz), which initially went to the teaching collection of the Rochlitz secondary school after his death and was transferred to the collection of Rochlitz Castle in the 1960s.
