There is a cylindrical mouthpiece at the head of the sculpted ceramic. The object was decorated with incisions and dots. There are two small openings on the soles of the feet. The ceramic was smoothed, slurried, primed and lightly polished. The primer is partially eroded. The monochrome object has a brown-red base colour. The male (?) figure has both arms on his hips. There are linear incisions on the chest, back and thighs. The arms have been decorated with stitch marks. After Lothrop 1926: chocolate ware, alligator god. (Künne 2004)
