The following was noted in the museum's main catalogue when this object was received: "desgl. [like III E 7888 = 'sako', plur. 'masako'. comb of the women; made of wood] 17.5 cm lg. Ebendaher [as III E 7887 = Kwa Mamsanya at Lake Rukwa, Udinde landscape (formerly belonging to Manda). (Wabungu.)]". Shape: Six strong, thorn-shaped, light prongs with a semi-oval comb back. A partially ribbed handle on top Colour: Dark brown, black Condition: Good.
