Future
This woodwind instrument with a double reed has a reddish-brown wooden body with a leg ring at the top. It is a Zukra that was acquired by the collector's family in Tunisia in the 1970s. A small wooden slot is attached to the instrument for storing spare mouthpieces. In contrast to similar instruments from the North African coast, the zukra lacks the three frontal and two lateral resonance holes.
