Große, sitzende anthropomorphe Figur mit ausgestreckten und fragmentierten Beinen. Die hohle Gestalt stützt beide Arme in die Hüften. Sie besitzt einen übergroßen, abgeflachten Kopf. Er wird durch einen elaborierten Kopfschmuck verziert, der eine ovale Mündung aufweist. Die Skulptur trägt Ohrringe und besitzt zwei kleine Perforationen an der Nase. Die Keramik ist geglättet, geschlämmt, grundiert, bemalt und poliert. Bemalung und Grundierung sind partiell erodiert. An Kopf, Gesäß und Beinen befinden sich Bruchstellen. Die Keramik besitzt eine weiß-bräunliche Grundfarbe, die schwarz-braun und rot bemalt wurde. An Oberschenkeln und -armen, am Körper sowie am Kopfschmuck befinden sich Bildfelder mit geometrischen Motiven. Sie scheinen die Strukturen von Textil oder Flechtwerk zu imitieren. Der abgeflachte Kopf deutet eine Schädeldeformation an. Die Figur trägt eine rote Mundmaske. Ihre Rückseite blieb weitgehend unbemalt. Symbolische Bedeutung: die Skulptur stellt wahrscheinlich eine Person mit hohem Sozialprestige dar. Stevenson-Day (1997) interpretiert die weiblichen Skulpturen der Gruppe Mora Policromo als Schamanen. Nach Lothrop 1926: highland polychrome ware. Kulturelle Bedeutung: die Keramik der Mora Gruppe wurde im Nordwesten von Costa Rica hergestellt und nach dem Zentralen Hochland und der Atlantikregion des Landes gehandelt. Sie verwendet gestalterische Elemente (sitzende anthropomorphe Figuren mit Kopfschmuck, Matten-Motiv, Kan-Kreuz), die auch aus der Maya-Keramik (Copador-Gruppe) des Clásico Tardío (900-600d.C.) bekannt sind. Die anthropomorphen Figuren der Variante Guabal zeigen im Vergleich zu den anthropomorphen Skulpturen der zoniert zweifarbigen Keramik (Rosales Esgrafiado) und des Policromo Antiguo (Gruppe Galo Policromo) einen größeren darstellerischen Schematismus. Ähnliche Objekte wurden vor allem in Bestattungen gefunden. (Künne 2004)
