The vase gradually becomes more bulbous from the bottom, then tapers again slightly and continues in the same width, with angular and round geometric patterns, typical Kadiweu patterns, on the outside. These are notched into the clay, the notches are traced with white paint and the resulting fields are painted with the following colours: Glossy black, olive green, ochre, reddish brown, grey, sandy colours, light reddish brown.
