Labelling of the rollers: Lachmann Bedouin. The "Bedouin" collection, like the "Kabyle" collection, was recorded in Tunisia in 1927; both are also regarded as one collection with two parts (in the original documentation: Part I Bedouin, Part II Kabyle). However, the collections are numbered separately. 44 cylinder copies, which were later also transferred to aluminium plates, are in the PHA Jerusalem. For W. 24 - 26 see Lachmann 1929b. The PHA Jerusalem contains further documents relating to the collection (diaries, correspondence, transcriptions, photographs).
