Water scoop consisting of a halved coconut shell and a wooden handle decorated with a carved depiction of a anthropomorphic figure. The coconut shell is painted red and otherwise undecorated. Inside is an old paper label with the handwritten note "Nauer 11/3 11". The handle is attached to the bottom of the coconut shell and is held in position at one point on the outer wall by a thin string of plant fibre wrapped around it several times. The handle is also painted red and decorated at the top with an elaborately carved human figure, whose arms hang down at the sides. The body is decorated with black geometric patterns on a white background.
