Rectangular shape with a handle that spans the two long sides. The material is thick strips of pandanus, which run transversely as well as longitudinally, overlapping each other crosswise. The lid occupies the entire surface except for the width of a strip that forms the rim. The handle is covered with longitudinal stripes on the outside. Around it run transverse stripes that overlap with longitudinal stripes in a crisscross pattern on the outside. The longitudinal stripes are made of a darker material.
