The rollers of the second collection are labelled : Koch-Grünberg Brazil II resp. Venezuela. W. 19 was included in the dem. coll. as no. 71. According to the diary entry, the rollers were taken during some rest days in Sao Felippe (21.2. - 2.3.1913). Source: Estate of Th.K.-G., Völkerkundl. Samml. A work begun by Fritz Bose in 1932 on the music of the Tukano and Desana as a supplement to his dissertation on the music of the Uitoto (Bose 1934) was not published until 1972 (Bose 1972).
